Mermaid Beach Hair

Whatever the length of your hair, you will look great with Beachy hair

This is another hair tutorial on how to acheive that 'Beachy' hair. You know the type where your hair looks like a surfer girl's hair? It's kind of wavy, its kind of messy but it looks natural and very beautiful? This is different from my 'How to create crimp waves' tutorial because for this tutorial, the waves are rounder and less. This gives the natural look.

The result is a soft, flowing and toussley look which is great for Spring/Summer. You guys can probably guess its another one of those 'quick hair' methods because I am such a lazy bumbum when it comes to hair. Haha! So yes, it takes me around 5 minutes to do this. I also did this type of hair for my contest video which you guys have requested about. There are so many different ways to use your straighteners, its all about experimenting. I actually went straight to do my '2min up do' if you are wondering how I got my hair so textured before the updo hairstyle.

Tips to creating this look:

  • Do not straighten your hair beforehand. We want a natural finish (unless you have frizzier hair, go ahead with this process)
  • A good pair of straighteners which slide easy is a bonus.
  • Preferbly straighteners less than 1 1/2 inch width
  • Using something that can create texture such as clay, mouse or hair spray will really give you that beach look
  • I probably only clamped like 10 sections of my hair. Don't wory about the hair underneath. We are only working with the out side sections of the hair
